After the horse riding excursion through the bottom of the mountain and the countryside, we offer a typical Mallorcan “pa amb oli” with cheese, cured ham and sobrasada. As a drink you can choose between a soft drink, a beer, tea or coffee.
Have you heard about the typical “pa amb oli”?
Don’t worry, we’ll show you how to make one. It consists of rubbing “ramallet” tomato on Mallorcan artisan bread, in our case “pa moreno”, and seasoning it with salt and olive oil. It can be accompanied by an infinite number of ingredients, such as cheese, sausages, cold meats, etc… in our case we present it with local products: cow’s cheese, cured ham and Mallorcan sausage “sobrasada” could not be missed.
Still don’t know what sobrasada is?
It is a sausage made from pork and spices. The production of this product arose from the need to store food for a long period of time. It can be eaten cooked or raw.
How long does the brunch last?
Our brunch lasts approximately 30 minutes. For clients staying in Puerto Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, Playa de Muro and Can Picafort we include (if desired) the transfer in the price.
